Manannan sailing cancelled as forecasters predict gusts of up to 50mph

But tonight’s Manxman trip is anticipated to go ahead

The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company has cancelled this afternoon’s Manannan trips to Liverpool amid poor weather conditions.

Ronaldsway Met Office is forecasting gusts of up to 50mph.

Those who were expecting to be on the fastcraft are being asked to amend their bookings free of charge through their online account, or alternatively by contacting the team on 01624 661 661.

Meanwhile, this evening’s Manxman sailing to Heysham is scheduled to go ahead as planned at 7.45pm.
