This morning we woke up in the most beautiful anchorage on Peter Island. After a delicious breakfast, we up-anchored and made our way out to the channel before raising sails and setting our course to the Bitter End on Virgin Gorda.
Morale was high on the boat with wind in our sails. We sailed the Sir Francis Drake Channel at a quick 7-knot pace. 3 hours later, we made our way all the way up to the north sound and dropped sails. We had a challenge mooring ball pickup where staff did not help us and we picked up the ball on the first try, which they told us was SUPER impressive.
We then headed ashore to Bitter End Yacht Club to enjoy an afternoon of sailing hobies along with enjoying water sports. We then headed back to our fleet for a quick shower before returning to the yacht club for a delicious pizza dinner. Our Boat meeting was done ashore, and finally, we went back to our boats to rest up for another big day.
